UNIFY ELECTRONIC GUARANTEES ITS CUSTOMERS THE FUNCTIONING OF THEIR ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF EVASION OF THE PURCHASE ORDER CERTIFIED BY THE EMISSION OF THE BUBBLE.

 MAIN TERMS OF GUARANTEE 

° The company reserves the right to decide on any matter concerning complaints and defects.

° Warranty service refers to the replacement or free repair of the card recognized as faulty from the origin of production, in the event that damage due to poor maintenance or improper use of the product is recognized, the warranty will not be recognized.

° In the event of improper or non-compliant use of maintenance and / or in case of tampering of the product by the customer not authorized by our office, the customer will lose the right to any warranty service.

° The equipment will be repaired at our premises; transport costs will be charged to the customer. All costs related to the repair and / or replacement of components and where due personnel transfers all costs will be charged to the customer.

° For interventions or requests for installation and illustration of the product use rules, already illustrated in the instruction manual, will be charged to the customer.

° The company declines all responsibility for any damage that may directly or indirectly derive from people or things due to failure to check all the rules indicated in the specific instruction manual, especially the instructions on installation, safety, use and maintenance of the purchased product.

° Furthermore, the following guarantee excludes any indemnity or compensation for the period of unproductiveness or standstill of the equipment.

° If requested by the customer, a copy of the technical report will be issued for each intervention, in which the defects or anomalies found will be reported, the interventions performed and the description of the components replaced or added. In the event that the repair is not possible or more expensive the purchase price the customer will be contacted by our sales office and will be presented a new repair offer and the non-working card will be scrapped and returned if requested by the customer.

° Any defective product replaced out of the warranty will remain the property of the customer.

° Any defective product replaced under warranty will become the property of our company
